HOW IT WORKS

 

We send you the following documents:

​

1. Application form.

2. Power of Attorney form.

 

You send us the following:

1. Completed application form.

(Director/s, Company and Shareholder details ).

(We assess your application and check availability on your company name choices).

​

2. Signed Power of Attorney form.

(All directors need to sign the special power of attorney form sent to you).

​

3. Certified Id copy of all directors.

(We need certified Id copies of all directors (certification not older than 3 months)

​

 

What we do when we receive your application form back:

1. We assess your application form, and send you the invoice when we find all in order.

2. We lodge the application to the CIPC on your behalf.

3. We reserve your company name.

4. We inform you of your name reservation result.

5. We register your company immediately after the name has been reserved (1 day).

*Service time all depends on the delivery of the CIPC.

Registration documents are sent to you electronically via email.
